The Seplat Energy Applied Technology Training Program (ATTP) is a foundation-level, City & Guilds-approved program that prepares young Nigerians to work as entry-level technicians in the Oil and Gas sector.
Previously run by Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPNU) since 1995, the program is now managed by Seplat Energy Producing Nigeria Unlimited (SEPNU), the operator of the Joint Venture with the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL).
This 23-month program provides hands-on experience in a world-class environment, giving trainees the skills, certification, and exposure needed to excel in Oil and Gas careers.
Requirements
To apply for this prestigious program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Nigerian citizen.
- Must hold a National Diploma (ND) in one of the following disciplines:
- Chemical Engineering Technology
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering Technology
- Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Petroleum Engineering Technology
- Must have graduated with a minimum of Upper Credit no earlier than 2023. Applicants with higher qualifications will not be considered.
- Must possess a government-issued identity card (Voter’s Card, National ID, Valid Driver’s License, or International Passport).
