The Airtel Africa Scholarship for Undergraduates 2025 is an initiative of the Airtel Africa Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Airtel Africa plc, one of the largest telecommunications and mobile money service providers on the continent.
Through the Airtel Africa Tech Fellowship, the Foundation supports academically talented but financially disadvantaged youth pursuing undergraduate degrees in STEM fields. This initiative aligns with Airtel’s mission to increase Africa’s pool of young tech professionals and future industry leaders.
The program is delivered in partnership with selected public universities across Nigeria and offers full financial support throughout the student’s academic journey.

Eligibility Requirements for Airtel Africa Scholarship 2025
To qualify for the Airtel Africa Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian undergraduate student in one of the participating public universities.
- Be a 100-level (newly admitted) student at the time of application.
- Not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship, fellowship, or grant.
- Demonstrate clear financial need.
- Possess 5 O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics, in one sitting.
- Have a minimum JAMB score of 230.
