AFREXIMBANK Internship 2026 Requirements

To qualify for the AFREXIMBANK Internship Program 2026, applicants must:

Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at a recognized institution during the year of internship.
Preferably study in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Social Sciences, Statistics, Law, Sciences, Engineering or related fields.
Be nationals of Afreximbank member states.
Be fluent in English or French and have working knowledge of the other. Knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese is an added advantage.
Be between 20 and 32 years old at the time of application.
Not be children of Afreximbank staff.

Copy of valid passport
Certified copies of academic certificates
Recommendation letter from the institution of learning (with proposed internship period)
Short Statement of Intent (maximum 1 A4 page) detailing what they hope to gain from the internship program.
